The room reservation is considered confirmed after receiving a written confirmation from the hotel.
Upon check-in, the guest must present an identity document.
Check—in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
Cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the arrival date without penalty.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a fine equal to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
Individual booking and cancellation conditions may apply for group arrivals.
